Claim Text: The amendment, proposed by House of Lords member Alison Levitt of the Labour Party, would make it illegal to possess a pornographic image (defined as any image that was produced 'solely or principally for the purpose of sexual arousal') if it 'portrays, in an explicit and realistic way, a person strangling or suffocating another person, and (c) a reasonable person looking at the image would think that the persons were real.'
